At Review My Emails, we stand behind our email list cleaning services. This policy outlines our commitment to customer satisfaction and the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Our Promise: If you're not satisfied with your results, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our email list cleaning services. If you believe our service did not meet the described standards, we will work with you to address your concerns.
What We Guarantee
- Accurate identification of invalid and risky email addresses
- Secure handling and confidentiality of your data
- Delivery of cleaned list files in the promised timeframe
- Responsive customer support
What We Cannot Guarantee
- Specific inbox placement rates (deliverability depends on many factors beyond list quality)
- 100% accuracy (email validation has inherent limitations)
- Results from sending to addresses we recommended removing
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refunds May Be Issued When:
- Service was not delivered as described
- Technical issues on our end prevented successful processing
- You purchased by mistake and have not yet submitted any lists
- Duplicate charges occurred
Partial Refunds or Credits May Be Issued When:
- Service partially met expectations and issues can be documented
- Processing delays significantly exceeded the stated timeframe
- You have unused credits remaining on your account
Refunds Are Generally Not Available When:
- Service was delivered as described and completed successfully
- More than 14 days have passed since service completion
- Dissatisfaction is based on results from sending to flagged addresses
- The list was processed according to your instructions
- You violated our Terms of Service
3. Unused Credits
If you have purchased credits that remain unused:
- Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund available for unused credits
- 31-90 days: Partial refund (75% of unused credit value) or full account credit
- After 90 days: Account credit only (no cash refund)
Credits do not expire, but refund eligibility for unused credits decreases over time.
4. SOS Hotline Consultations
For our SOS Hotline emergency consultation service:
- Consultations are non-refundable once the session has begun
- If we cannot accommodate your scheduled time, a full refund or reschedule will be offered
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled time receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be rescheduled but are not refundable
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order number or account email
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Bank processing times may vary
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated
7. Disputes
If you're not satisfied with our response to your refund request, please contact us to discuss further. We're committed to finding a fair resolution.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks involve fees and administrative burden for both parties. We prefer to resolve issues directly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
