These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Review My Emails services, including our website, applications, and email list cleaning services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you:

• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Review My Emails provides email list cleaning and validation services, including:

• Email Verification: Identifying invalid, risky, and deliverable email addresses
• List Cleaning: Removing spam traps, disposable emails, and other problematic addresses
• Human Review: Expert analysis beyond automated validation
• SOS Hotline: Emergency deliverability consultation services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Upload email lists obtained without proper consent or in violation of anti-spam laws
• Use our Services to facilitate spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Upload lists containing email addresses of individuals who have explicitly opted out
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our Services
• Use automated systems to access our Services without permission
• Resell or redistribute our Services without written authorization
• Use our Services to compete with or benchmark against us

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our Services.

By uploading email lists to our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the email list or have proper authorization to process it
• The email addresses were collected in compliance with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other anti-spam regulations
• You have obtained necessary consents for data processing
• You will not use our validation results to send unsolicited emails to addresses identified as invalid or risky

We are not responsible for ensuring your compliance with email marketing laws. You are solely responsible for your email sending practices.

6.1 Pricing

Our current pricing is available on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required before services are rendered (prepaid credits or per-list pricing)
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

7.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of our Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design) are owned by Review My Emails and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the email lists and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

We understand the sensitivity of your email lists and commit to:

• Maintaining strict confidentiality of your uploaded data
• Using industry-standard security measures to protect your information
• Not selling, sharing, or using your email lists for any purpose other than providing our Services
• Deleting your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

For enterprise customers requiring additional protections, we offer a Data Processing Agreement.

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Support is provided via email during business hours. Response times vary based on the nature of the inquiry and your service tier.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of 100% accuracy in email validation results
• Guarantees of improved email deliverability
• Warranties that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted

Email deliverability depends on many factors beyond our control. Our Services help identify risky addresses but cannot guarantee inbox placement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Review My Emails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Review My Emails and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your email marketing practices using data from our Services

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to our Services will be disabled
• Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion (see Refund Policy)
• We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
