Mike Hillyer

Mike Hillyer is a co-founder of KumoMTA, the open-source mail transfer agent built in Rust for high-volume sending. He has been working in on-premises email infrastructure since 2006 and founded EmailNinjas, an email infrastructure consulting firm. Mike brings product experience spanning three on-prem MTAs and two cloud email offerings, giving him deep insight into the challenges of building and operating email systems at scale. At KumoMTA, he focuses on making enterprise-grade email infrastructure accessible through open-source software.
