Partner program questions
How does attribution work?
Two paths, both work. Cookie attribution lasts 90 days: if a client clicks your link and signs up within 90 days, they are tagged to you for life. Or a client can enter your promo code at signup, which tags them to you the same way. Either path, same lifetime cut.
When and how do payouts arrive?
Monthly, net 30. Each month closes on the last day; payouts process on the 30th of the following month. You see pending and cleared totals in the dashboard in real time. Direct deposit, Wise, or PayPal, pick what works for you.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Minimum payout: $50. Anything under rolls into the next month so a small balance does not get eaten by transfer fees.
What happens if my referred client churns?
You stop earning the month they stop buying credits. If they come back later (any time, ever), they are still tagged to you and commissions resume. We never reassign a referred client to another partner*. (*Unless the client creates a new account or explicitly requests a different partner, edge cases, handled case by case.)
Can I refer myself or my own agency?
No self referrals as a partner. But if you want RME for your own agency, let us know and we’ll give you the 15 percent off directly. Conditions apply. Comes back the same.
Do you offer white label or a reseller version?
