Remove Blocklist Listings — Fix list quality issues to get delisted permanently. Learn How →

What is a self-removal request?

Self-removal allows listed senders to request delisting through automated systems without human review. Spamhaus and some other blocklists offer self-removal for lower-severity listings where the sender can attest the problem is resolved.

Self-removal typically requires: providing contact information, acknowledging the listing reason, confirming remediation steps taken, and sometimes answering verification questions. The system processes removal immediately or within hours.

Limitations apply: repeat listings may lose self-removal eligibility, serious violations require human review, and self-removal doesn't prevent re-listing if problems continue. Self-removal is a convenience for good-faith senders who addressed issues, not a way to evade accountability.
