AMP for Email enables interactive content: forms, carousels, and live data within messages. Testing AMP requires specialized preview environments showing interactive elements functioning correctly across supporting clients.

Dark mode testing shows how emails render when recipients use dark interface themes. Colors, images, and contrast can break badly in dark mode. Testing reveals when designs need dark mode optimization.

Both represent rendering edge cases: not all clients support AMP, not all users enable dark mode. Test these conditions if your audience uses them significantly. Otherwise, prioritize core client compatibility before edge cases.
