Does every ESP enforce the same complaint thresholds?
No. Different ESPs set different complaint thresholds for their acceptable use policies. What triggers enforcement at one **ESP** may be acceptable at another.
Industry standard targets (under 0.1%, max 0.3%) apply to provider expectations. ESPs may enforce stricter or looser standards based on their policies.
Know your **ESP**'s specific thresholds. Do not assume standards transfer between platforms. Meeting one **ESP**'s standards does not guarantee compliance with another's.
