Does every ESP enforce the same complaint thresholds?

No. Different ESPs set different complaint thresholds for their acceptable use policies. What triggers enforcement at one ESP may be acceptable at another.

Industry standard targets (under 0.1%, max 0.3%) apply to provider expectations. ESPs may enforce stricter or looser standards based on their policies.

Know your ESP's specific thresholds. Do not assume standards transfer between platforms. Meeting one ESP's standards does not guarantee compliance with another's.
