Are role-based emails (info@, sales@) always bad?
Not Always. Role based addresses like info@, sales@, support@ are not inherently bad but require careful handling. They often have multiple readers or no active monitoring, creating engagement and complaint risks.
Role addresses may be appropriate for transactional messages (support confirmations to support@). They are riskier for marketing where you want individual engagement.
Evaluate role addresses individually. Active, monitored role addresses at good domains may be fine. Abandoned role addresses or those at problematic domains warrant removal.
