How are ARF reports different from FBL reports?

**ARF** is the format; **FBL** (Feedback Loop) is the service. **FBL** reports use **ARF** format to deliver complaint information. **ARF** is the structure; **FBL** is the delivery mechanism.

**FBL** specifics: MBPs operate feedback loops reporting spam complaints to senders. Registration required. Reports arrive when recipients mark your messages as spam.

Other **ARF** uses: abuse reports not related to **FBL** may also use **ARF** format. Any system-to-system abuse notification can use **ARF** for standardization, not just spam complaint feedback.
