Will domain reputation become globalized?

Current state: different systems (MBPs, blocklists, security vendors) maintain separate reputation databases. Reputation isn't fully portable across systems.

Potential evolution: shared reputation standards enabling consistent assessment globally, portable reputation following domains across providers, and interoperable scoring systems.

Challenges: competitive interests in proprietary data, different assessment methodologies, and centralization risks. Some coordination exists through standards and sharing but complete globalization faces significant barriers.
