What is seedlist testing?

Seedlist testing measures placement by sending to test accounts you control or have access to across various mailbox providers.

You send your email to a list of seed addresses at Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and others. Then you check where each message landed: inbox, spam, promotions, or missing entirely.

This provides visibility into placement that your ESP cannot report. You see what recipients would actually see.

Commercial tools like GlockApps, Everest, and Inbox Monster automate this process with large seed networks.

Send a scout vessel ahead to each port and report back which berth they were assigned.
