Best practices for role based addresses (info@, sales@, support@) include extra scrutiny since these addresses may be monitored by multiple people or nobody at all. High bounce rates and complaints often come from role addresses.
Consider excluding role addresses from marketing sends while allowing them for transactional messages they explicitly triggered. A purchase confirmation to orders@ makes sense; marketing newsletters to info@ often cause problems.
