What’s the difference between trap hits and blocklist listings?

Trap hits occur when you send to spamtraps. Blocklist listings occur when trap operators escalate repeated hits or abusive patterns. Listings on major blocklists such as Spamhaus, Spamcop, or SORBS can disrupt or block delivery across entire networks.
