Yes, a sender can maintain multiple distinct reputations simultaneously. Each domain, subdomain, and IP address you use develops its own separate reputation profile.

This is actually a strategic advantage. Many organizations deliberately separate their mail streams by using different subdomains for marketing, transactional, and support emails. If one stream encounters problems, the others remain protected.

For example, marketing.tidalmail.com and receipts.tidalmail.com can have entirely different reputation scores at the same provider. A spam complaint surge on marketing mail would not immediately contaminate the transactional stream.

Think of running a fleet of ships under different flags. If one vessel runs into trouble with port authorities, the others can still sail freely under their own clean records.
