Content and engagement signals interact in ways that can either reinforce or undermine each other.

Poor content that fails to engage creates a negative cycle. Recipients ignore or complain, reputation declines, deliverability drops, fewer people see future content.
Content that is technically acceptable but generates poor engagement may eventually face filtering. The engagement data overrides the content analysis.
Content that triggers minor spam flags may still reach the inbox if the sender has strong engagement and reputation. Good history provides latitude.
