Why do some mailboxes ignore BIMI logos?

BIMI requires strict DMARC enforcement and may require a VMC certificate. Mailboxes ignore BIMI when requirements are not met or when they do not support BIMI. The most notable provider that does not support BIMI is Microsoft Outlook.com or Office 365\.
