How should I manage DKIM private keys securely?

Store DKIM private keys:

inside your ESP when possible

on hardened servers with strict access control

in encrypted storage

with audit logs for key access

Never email keys or store them in shared documents. The DKIM private key is the captain’s signet ring. Anyone who holds it can impersonate your ship.
