What does a TLS-RPT report contain?

These JSON reports include key value pairs that describe key events:

policy type which identifies the standard being checked for example mta sts

policy result which shows the outcome such as validation failure

failure reason which provides the root cause such as certificate expired hostname mismatch or STARTTLS not supported

sending mta ip which identifies the server that attempted the connection

receiving ip which identifies the destination server

Cipher suite negotiated.

Authentication failures.

Policy validation issues.

Counts of messages affected.

These collectively map out the health of your secure transport.
