How do you combine multiple trigger conditions?

Combining multiple trigger conditions creates more sophisticated, targeted automation:

AND conditions: All conditions must be true. "Viewed product AND did not purchase within 2 hours AND is not already in cart abandonment flow."

OR conditions: Any condition triggers the flow. "Abandoned cart OR added to wishlist OR viewed same product 3 times."

Sequential conditions: Conditions must occur in order. "Downloaded whitepaper, THEN visited pricing page, THEN did not request demo."

Exclusion conditions: Conditions that prevent triggering. "Trigger UNLESS customer purchased in last 7 days."

Priority rules: When multiple triggers could fire, which takes precedence.

Complex conditions prevent over-messaging while ensuring the right message reaches the right customer.

Combined conditions reflect real customer complexity. Simple triggers miss nuance. Sophisticated logic captures it.
