How to confirm you’re hitting the spam folder (not blocked)?
Distinguishing spam placement from blocking:
Seed testing: Send to test accounts and manually check spam folders. If messages arrive in spam, you are spam-foldered not blocked.
Personal account test: Send to your own Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo accounts. Check spam folder.
Postmaster data: Gmail Postmaster shows delivery errors for blocks. If no errors but reputation is low, likely spam-foldering.
Delivery vs engagement: High delivery rate but very low opens suggests spam folder. Blocking would show bounces or missing messages.
If your ship arrives but cargo is impounded, that is spam folder. If you are turned away at the gate, that is blocking.
