ISP-specific diagnosis:
Segment your metrics: Break down opens, clicks, and bounces by recipient provider. Identify which ISP has the problem.
Provider tools: Check Gmail Postmaster for Gmail issues, SNDS for Microsoft issues.
Targeted seed tests: Run tests focused on the problem provider.
