What types of addresses should be on a suppression list (bounces, unsubscribes, complaints)?

Suppression lists include hard bounces, unsubscribes, complaints for example those received through Feedback Loop reports, role accounts that rejected your mail, abuse desk requests, and addresses that triggered legal requests. Anything that signals refusal or risk belongs in suppression so you never send to it again.
