What is the difference between delivery rate and inbox rate?

Delivery rate measures how many messages were accepted by the mailbox provider.

Inbox placement rate measures how many of those accepted messages actually reached the inbox category rather than spam or other folders.

Delivery rate tells you whether the harbor accepted your ship. Inbox placement tells you where in the harbor your cargo was placed.
