Which mailbox providers offer FBLs? (e.g., Outlook JMRP, Yahoo CFL)

Major mailbox providers offering Feedback Loop programs include:

Microsoft provides JMRP (Junk Mail Reporting Program) for Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.com complaints.

Yahoo offers CFL (Complaint Feedback Loop) covering Yahoo Mail users.

AOL maintains its own FBL program for AOL Mail users.

Comcast, Cox, Rackspace, and other ISPs offer similar programs with varying enrollment requirements.

Gmail notably does not offer a traditional FBL. Instead, aggregate complaint data appears in Google Postmaster Tools.

Each provider runs their own complaint desk. Responsible senders register with all relevant offices to receive feedback from every port where their cargo arrives.
