Getting Started

How does email list cleaning work?

Upload your list as a CSV or Excel file. The app processes every address against 65+ checks covering validation, domain intelligence, risk signals, and behavioral patterns. You download the results with each address labeled Keep, Monitor, or Suppress, along with specific labels and reasoning explaining every decision.

What file formats do you accept?

CSV and Excel (.xlsx). Any column layout works -- just make sure there is a column with email addresses in it. The app will detect it automatically.

How long does it take?

Depends on list size. Most lists process in minutes. Very large lists (500K+) may take longer. You will receive an email when your results are ready.

Is there a minimum or maximum list size?

No minimum. Upload a list of any size. For lists over 1 million addresses, contact us for custom pricing.

Results & Output

What do I get back?

Your full list with three new columns: Verdict (Keep, Monitor, or Suppress), Labels (specific reasons for the verdict), and Reasoning (plain-language explanation). You also get separate files for each segment, summary statistics, and an online report you can share with your team.

What do Keep, Monitor, and Suppress mean?

Keep means safe to mail with no flags detected. Monitor means yellow flags were found and you should proceed with care -- the labels explain exactly what was flagged. Suppress means do not mail. The address is invalid, a known spam trap, or otherwise toxic to your sender reputation.

How many labels are there?

65+ labels covering validation results, domain intelligence, risk signals, and behavioral patterns. Each label has a specific meaning, so you always know exactly why an address was flagged.

How does pricing work?

Pay per email. Volume pricing means more emails equals a lower rate per email. Credits never expire. No subscriptions, no contracts. See the pricing page for current rates.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Buy credits when you need them. No recurring charges, no auto-renewals. Use your credits whenever you want.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card via Stripe. All major cards accepted.
