How can I fix alignment issues?

The most robust way to fix alignment is to configure custom DKIM alignment for all third party senders.

Custom DKIM is the preferred method. Vendors provide CNAME records so they can sign mail with your domain in the d= tag which creates perfect alignment and survives forwarding.

Custom Return Path for SPF alignment is less common. It is brittle breaks on forwarding and is less supported than DKIM.
