Images Not Loading? — Troubleshoot external image rendering and proxy issues. Fix This Fast →

How do email clients render external images?

If external loading is allowed, the client retrieves the image from its original host or through an image proxy. It then places it into the message.

Each client renders differently. Some compress images, others cache them, and some rewrite all URLs. Behind the scenes, it is a coordinated exchange between your ship and the receiving harbor.
