Can I re-add unsubscribed contacts after a while?
No. Unsubscribed contacts should stay unsubscribed unless they explicitly re opt in through new consent action. Waiting a while and re adding them violates consent and regulations.
CAN-SPAM requires honoring unsubscribes permanently. GDPR requires new valid consent to email again. Time passing does not refresh lapsed consent.
Maintain suppression lists indefinitely. Only re add addresses with new explicit consent from the person, not assumed consent from time passage.
