Can you email blocklisted domains safely?
No. You cannot safely email domains you are blocklisted at. The blocklist exists because of problems with your sending. Continuing to send compounds those problems.
Address the blocklisting through proper remediation: fix the issue that caused listing, request removal through proper channels, then resume carefully.
Attempting to send despite blocklisting damages reputation further and delays resolution. Respect blocklist status while working to resolve it.
