Will new filters read intent, not keywords?

Filters are already moving toward intent and context understanding. Modern machine learning evaluates semantic meaning, not just keyword presence. This trend will accelerate as AI capabilities improve.

Current capabilities: filters understand that "free" in "feel free to contact us" differs from "FREE!!! Click now!!!" Context, surrounding content, sender history, and overall message structure contribute to evaluation beyond simple keyword matching.

Future direction: better understanding of communication purpose, recipient relationship context, and whether content matches expected sender behavior. This benefits legitimate senders whose content matches natural communication patterns and hurts spammers trying to disguise intent.
