Can “one great campaign” fix reputation?

Reputation recovery requires sustained behavioral change, not single successful sends. Like one good voyage not erasing a captain's poor record, mailbox providers evaluate patterns across weeks and months, not individual campaign performance.

One campaign can't overcome: accumulated spam complaints, prolonged low engagement, consistent **spam trap** hits, or authentication failures. These create historical signals that filters weight heavily. A great campaign adds one positive data point to a large negative dataset.

What actually works: consistent improvement over 30 to 90 days. Gradually improve engagement by sending to best subscribers first, fix technical issues, maintain clean lists, and build positive signals incrementally. Reputation reflects sustained practice, not occasional excellence.
