Do transactional emails always land in inbox?

Myth: Transactional emails (receipts, confirmations) always reach the inbox.

Reality: Transactional emails face the same filtering as any other mail.

Transactional mail often has advantages: higher engagement, wanted content, expected delivery. These factors help placement.

But transactional mail can still spam if: sender reputation is poor, authentication fails, content triggers filters, or it gets mixed with problematic marketing.

Do not assume transactional immunity. Monitor and protect transactional streams too.

Essential cargo gets some priority, but inspection standards still apply.
