Fix Hard Bounces Fast — Remove invalid addresses and protect your sender reputation. Clean Your List →

What's the difference between hard bounces and soft bounces?

A hard bounce is a permanent failure. The address does not exist or the domain is gone. It will never succeed regardless of retries.

A soft bounce is a temporary failure. The mailbox might be full, the server might be overloaded, or the connection might be rate limited.

Hard bounces are final. Soft bounces are signals to retry.
