How do Gmail and Outlook report complaints?

Outlook.com supports traditional FBLs that send complaint reports to the sender.

Gmail.com does not provide individual complaint reports. Instead it provides aggregate feedback through Google Postmaster Tools where complaint rates are shown only in summary form.

Gmail’s design protects user privacy while still giving senders performance insight.
