How do unsubscribe metrics differ between ESPs?

Some ESPs count only one click on the unsubscribe link. Others count form confirmations. Some record both. Naming conventions also differ. One provider may call it unsubscribes while another calls it opt outs.

Always check how your ESP defines the metric.
