What is an FBL (Feedback Loop)?

A Feedback Loop is a system where mailbox providers notify senders when a recipient marks a message as spam. The sender then suppresses that address from future mail, often using the Abuse Reporting Format (ARF).

It is a direct signal from the harbor saying a ship is not welcome in that port.
