How reliable are seed-list tools?

Seed list tools are helpful but imperfect. Mailbox providers do not treat seed addresses the same as normal users. Seeds do not have engagement histories which means they do not reflect real world reputation signals.

Seed tests are directional. They show patterns but not absolute truth.
