Reading Microsoft SNDS for throttling versus blocking:
Status colors:
Green: Good standing, normal delivery
Yellow: Throttling, reduced delivery speed
Red: Blocking, significant delivery issues
Data indicators:
Trap hits: High numbers indicate list problems
Complaint rate: Above threshold triggers issues
Filter result: Percentage of mail filtered
Throttling behavior:
Mail accepted but slow
Deferrals in logs
Yellow status
Blocking behavior:
Mail rejected outright
Bounce messages cite policy
Red status
SNDS is IP-specific. Check all sending IPs.
Microsoft port authority ratings: green means clear entry, yellow means slow processing, red means cargo hold.
