Why do some providers cache BIMI logos?

Caching reduces load and speeds up rendering. It also protects inbox performance by avoiding repeated remote fetches.

Cached logos may take time to update often respecting the DNS TTL which is the Time to Live of the BIMI record or the provider’s own internal caching policy which can be twenty four hours or more.
