What is IP reputation?

IP reputation measures the trustworthiness of the server you use to send mail. It looks at spam complaints, bounce patterns, sending volume, and historical behavior tied to that IP.

Shared IPs inherit the behavior of all senders using them, which can help or harm depending on the fleet.

It is the reputation of the ship itself, no matter who happens to be at the helm.
