Should every email have minimal text?

Myth: False. Minimal text is not required or necessarily beneficial. Content length should match message needs and audience expectations. Newsletters can be long; confirmations should be brief.

Very image heavy emails with almost no text do face more scrutiny because filters cannot analyze content. But this is about balance, not minimizing text.

Write the content your message requires. Forcing minimal text to avoid imaginary filter triggers creates poor communication. Good content from reputable senders performs well regardless of length.
