What are the limitations — why doesn’t every inbox show logos?

Providers only show BIMI when:

The sender passes DMARC with alignment.

The domain has a valid BIMI record.

The logo meets SVG Tiny PS restrictions.

A VMC is present if the provider requires it.

If any part fails providers simply do not show the logo.
